STEP.1 Select the Kimono/Yukata.
Pick up your favorite Kimono or Yukata from our line up.
STEP.2 Make your reservation.
Please send your application from Reservation. Your preferred date and time, the number of Kimono, your size of the feet are also necessary.
STEP.3 Receive our e-mail confirming your reservation.
Usually, you will receive the e-mail from Beppin Kyoto confirming your reservation within 2 working days.
※ In the case if you can not receive the e-mail
Please do phone us after you make sure it is not because of the following two reasons.
- ・Whether it is classified into junk mails or not.
- ・Whether the mail has been set to rejected or not.
※In the case if you want to cancel the reservation
Please phone or send an e-mail to make your cancellation.If the cancellation is made after our confirmation, a cancel charge is incurred.
STEP.4 Come up to the shop.
On the day of the reservation, please come up to Beppin Kyoto. Please refer to Access for details on how to get to Beppin Kyoto.
※Arrangements for the appointed day
Winter Men and women, heating technique top and bottom underwear (the top part has a deeply open neck)
Summer Men, t-shirt with a deep open neck underwear
※Payment
The payment has to be made by cash on the day of the reservation.
※Kimono wearing that is out of the office hours
If the Kimono wearing is out of the office hours (10:00-17:00), the extra charge of 2000 yen for each group is incurred.
STEP.5 Return
If the return is at the same day, please wear the Kimono back to Beppin Kyoto before 17:00.
With an extra charge of 1000 yen, it is possible to return by the next day (before 17:00).
Customers who are staying at the hotels nearby Beppin Kyoto (inquiry required) can return the Kimono to the front desk when checking out by an extra fee of 1000 yen.
In the case if you stay at naokonoza
In the case if you stay at naokonoza
※Luggage delivery to the Machiya
If you are our guest of naokonoza, we can arrange to deliver the luggage to the Machiya where you stay.
※Distribution cost (of 600 yen for each) is incurred.
※Easy for return
If you stay at naokonoza, the return of Kimono should be so easy. What you need to do is to hang up Kimono in the machiya only.
